These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the mobile games, applications, websites, and related services developed or published by DevQues.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any DevQues application or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not download, access, or use our applications.

You must meet the minimum age required by the laws of your country to use our applications and to enter into a binding agreement with us.

Where a user has not reached the age of legal majority, use of our applications should take place only with the consent, involvement, or supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We may restrict, suspend, or refuse access where eligibility requirements are not met.

Some of our applications allow you to create a registered account, and some allow you to play as a guest without full registration.

Guest profiles may be associated with a device rather than a registered identity. Progress, virtual items, and statistics linked to a guest profile may be lost if the application is uninstalled, the device is reset or changed, or the guest profile is not converted into a registered account.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, DevQues grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable licence to install and use our applications for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

No rights are granted to you other than those expressly set out in these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by DevQues and its licensors.

We may investigate suspected breaches and take any action we consider appropriate, including removing content, resetting statistics or virtual items, restricting features, or suspending or terminating access.

Our applications may allow you to submit content such as a display name, username, profile details, an avatar image, or feedback and support messages.

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting content, you grant DevQues a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating, providing, and supporting the relevant application.

You confirm that you hold the necessary rights to any content you submit and that it does not infringe the rights of others. We may remove, reset, or modify user content that we reasonably believe breaches these Terms or applicable law.

Our applications may include virtual currency, coins, rewards, or other in-game items. Virtual items are licensed to you for use within the relevant application and are not sold to you. You do not acquire any ownership interest in them.

Except where required by applicable law, we have no obligation to compensate or reimburse you for lost, expired, adjusted, or forfeited virtual currency or in-game items.

Our games are provided solely for entertainment purposes.

You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply in your own jurisdiction regarding access to and use of card games and similar applications.

Our applications may offer daily rewards, login bonuses, spins, seasonal events, or other promotional features. The availability, eligibility criteria, frequency, and value of these features are determined by DevQues and may be changed, limited, or withdrawn at any time.

Any attempt to manipulate, automate, or abuse a reward or promotional feature may result in forfeiture of the reward and further action under these Terms.

If advertising is included in an application, advertisements may be displayed during use. Some applications may also offer optional rewarded advertising, where you may choose to view an advertisement in exchange for in-game rewards.

The availability of advertising and rewarded advertising may depend on your device, region, and the advertising provider being used. DevQues is not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements, and any interaction with an advertiser is solely between you and that advertiser.

Some of our applications include online multiplayer, matchmaking, leaderboards, or ranking features. These features require an active internet connection and depend on network conditions outside our control.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, particular matchmaking outcomes, or gameplay free from latency or connection issues. Disconnections or technical interruptions may result in a match being ended, forfeited, or scored in accordance with the in-game rules.

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of an application or service at any time, with or without notice. Updates may be required in order to continue using an application, and features may be added, changed, or removed over time.

Except where required by applicable law, DevQues is not liable to you for any modification, suspension, limitation, or discontinuation of an application or any of its features.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to an application, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraud, cheating, or abusive behaviour, or where action is required by law or is necessary to protect our users, services, or systems.

You may stop using our applications at any time, and you may request deletion of your account and associated personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Upon termination, the licence granted in these Terms ends immediately and any virtual currency or in-game items associated with the account are forfeited.

Our applications and all related materials, including software, source code, graphics, artwork, characters, audio, text, user interfaces, design elements, names, and logos, are owned by DevQues or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of our applications except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

Our applications may rely on, integrate with, or link to third-party services such as app stores, cloud hosting, authentication, analytics, or advertising providers. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

DevQues is not responsible for the availability, content, security, or practices of third-party services. Your use of an application may also be subject to the terms of the platform or app store from which you obtained it.

Our applications and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our applications will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free from defects, bugs, or errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DevQues shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, game progress, virtual items, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, our applications.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be limited to the amount you paid to DevQues for the relevant application in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or, where no amount was paid, the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DevQues, its team members, and its service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of your use of our applications, the content you submit, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our applications, technologies, third-party services, legal requirements, or business practices.

When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page and the “Last Updated” date will be changed accordingly. Continued use of our applications after updated Terms become effective may be subject to the revised Terms as permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Subject to any mandatory rights available to you under the laws of your country of residence, the courts of Pakistan shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our applications.
